  (1) The configuration options `cc_followup' and `cc_followup_string' allow
      the user to send e-mail and followup at the same time (with an
      optional header announcing the e-mail was also posted).  The user can
      also modify or delete the entire Cc: line on a post by post basis.

  (2) Slrn uses whatever editor the user configures and therefore has no
      control over how the editor handles line length and WYSIWYG issues.
